July meeting was very productive, with a discussion of the survey that Neil brought.

Neil was sworn in to be on the board as a replacement and he is very important to our local with all of his knowlege of the local and ofcourse the law.

Our next board meeting will be on Aug. 17th with an insight on arbitration given by Jim Hession from a first hand account.

Looking forward to a full board as we had the entire 9 members for our July meeting which added to the input from everyone.
